If the name (also the spirit?) of Mashiach was created before the world and mankind, doesn’t it stand to reason that Mashiach, though flesh and blood, is more than an ordinary human?

The issue of whether the Mashiach is a person who has miraculous powers or not is a longstanding dispute (between Ra'avad and Maimonides). I do not understand why HaShem could not prepare the name of a man who has no miraculous powers before creating the world.
