I work in a High Tech factory that works on Shabbat Of course I don’t work on Shabbat. Can I continue to work in this factory?

Answer

Yes, you are an employee of a person that doesn't keep Shabbat, that's his problem not yours. If you are a partner, things become much more complicated.
