Question
A single fruit of hefker was taken by someone after it was detached--and then brought into one’s house. Is it possibly obligated in Terumos, Ma’asros, by Rabbinic law?
Answer
One has to take Trumot and Maasrot from any fruit (even a single one) if it has seen the house, i.e. brought into the house through the door.
