Question
Thank you so much for the answer and clarification .The article i mentioned was http://www.oukosher.org/index.php/common/article/rav_moshe_ztls_heter_of_cholov_stam_revisited ....I would also like to know which modern day Poskim accepted his Heter (except for his students or family) Thank you again for your help
Answer
Thank you very much for the referral to this important article on the issue.
The answer to your question is in the article itself. Rav Belsky who is one the great Poskim in America rules that the Heter of Cholov Stam still applies nowadays for those who wish to rely on it, albeit based principally on farm inspections rather than on dairy inspections.
The author of the article concludes: As evidenced by the above p’sak and research, the OU continues to pave the way in kashrus technical data and to service those in Klal Yisroel who wish to rely on Rav Moshe’s Heter concerning Cholov Stam.
