Question
Shalom Rabbi,
I wonder if I take a nap during the day, do I need to repeat Birkat Hatorah when I wake up if I want to study Torah? Is there any min amount of time to sleep during the day not to be needing to repeat the Bracha of Birkat Hatorah?
Does it matter if I sleep on Shabbat Days or during the week.
Thank you
Answer
Shalom,
Thank you for your question,
In any case you don't repeat Birkat Hatorah when you wake up from sleep during the day.
(Shulchan aruch 47,11, Halichot Shlomo 6;comment6).
