Question
Is there a specific blessing that a jew can use to bless a non jew?
Answer
ב"ה
Shalom-
8th day of the Omer
As said in the answer you related to a Jew may bless and pray for a non-Jew (.שו"ת יחוה דעת חלק ו סימן ס).
Without knowing the context of your will to offer a blessing, it is difficult to give you a specific answer. however, you may choose what you want to bless or may just say as King Solomon prayed after the completion of the building of the Beit Hamikdash, that G-d should listen to his prayers. (Melachim I: 8: 43)
