Question
Must one say Birkat Hatorah again if one fell asleep and woke up in the day time? For example - at 2 pm one falls asleep and wakes up at 5pm? also, what if he does not wake up till after shkeeyah - is the halacha different?
Answer
One does not repeat Birkat Hatorah when waking from a sleep during the day. You should know that there are other opinions.
