can one trim beard during omer

Shalom uvracha,
Ashkenazim may trim their beard or get a haircut from lag baomer (the 33 day of the omer) in the morning. The sefardim permit it only from the thirty fourth day of the omer. I will mention that some go by the arizal's custom and don't get a harcut or trim their beard until erev shavuot (see caf hachaim (493;13).
