Question
If one pours some grape juice which has been blessed for Kiddush, back into its original grape juice bottle, does all of the juice in the bottle become as if it were blessed or must/should one bless on it again?
Answer
ב"ה
Shalom,
Wine which was blessed on for Kiddush is called "Pagum" and should not be poured back in the bottle unless unused wine from the bottle was first poured into the cup which takes it out of its "pagum" status.
However, if mistakenly the Pagum wine was poured back into the bottle, the wine in the bottle does not become Pagum, because we say as each small quantity makes its way back into the bottle it became annulled by the unused wine in the bottle. However, this is only correct if the amount of wine in the bottle was greater than the amount poured back in. (שולחן ערוך או"ח סי' קפב ובמשנה ברורה)
