The most common and widespread way for counting 10 people for a minyan is using the pasuk =verse הוֹשִׁ֤יעָה אֶת־עַמֶּ֗ךָ וּבָרֵ֥ךְ אֶת־נַחֲלָתֶ֑ךָ וּֽרְעֵ֥ם וְ֝נַשְּׂאֵ֗ם עַד הָעוֹלָֽם from Tehillim 28:9 which has 10 words . Some people use the pasuk, וַאֲנִ֗י בְּרֹ֣ב חַ֭סְדְּךָ אָב֣וֹא בֵיתֶ֑ךָ אֶשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֥ה אֶל־הֵֽיכַל קָ֝דְשְׁךָ֗ בְּיִרְאָתֶֽךָ From Tehillim 5:8 which also has 10 words.
