Is a Will the Halachic Way?
Would Yitzchak (and ultimately klal yisroel been better off has he written up in advance a will, clearly determining how he wanted his spiritual and temporal properties to be divided? Are there any hashkafah problems with drafting a will? May one distribute one's estate differently from the way the Torah instructs?
