May a Jew apper in a Court of Law against a Non Jew between 17th of Tammuz and 10th of Av?
Answer
The Shulchan Aruch (R. Yosef Carro) Orach Chaim 551 1 and Mishnah Brurah on the spot state that from Rosh Chodesh Av one who has a legal case with a non Jew – should try to push it off, best till the month of Adar, if not - till Rosh Chodesh Elul, but at least till the 10th of Av.
