Is there any time of the year that the Korbanot or Ketoret prayer should be avoided?

Some say The Parshiyot 'Hakorbanot' and 'Pitum Haktoret' every day before davening, Shachariss and Mincha ( Shulchan Aruch Siman Alef, 5,9). Lecatchila, you should not say Korbanot at night or before Alot Hashachar, because Korbanot were only brought in the day (Shulchan Aruch 1:6, 47:13). In Eretz Yisrael the common Minhag is to say 'Pitum Haktoret' (Ein Keloheinu) at the end of the Shachariss (Shulchan Aruch 132:2). However, In Chutz La'aretz, Minhag Ashkenaz is not to say Pitum Haktoret on weekdays (See Rema 132:2). On Tisha Ba'av: The Pitum Haktoret at the end of the Davening (Ein Keloheinu): Most Sefardim say it like they do every day (Yabia Omer, Ish Matzliach). Most Ashkenazim do not say Pitum Haktoret (Rema 559:4) and postpone it to Mincha (Kitzur Shukchan Aruch). Pitum Haktoret and Korbanot before Davening: Those who say it daily, continue to say it on Tisha Ba'av (Rav Elyashiv, Dirshu). Those who aren't used to saying it daily do not.
